IPAF Operator
1-Day
This 1-day course instructs an operator to prepare and safely operate various types of powered access platforms – often referred to as MEWPs (mobile elevating work platforms), such as cherrypickers, scissor lifts and tracked access.
PAL+
1-Day
PAL+ is an optional, additional one day of category-specific training aimed at operators working in higher risk or challenging environments. Delegates attending this course must have a valid IPAF PAL Card in the categories they wish to cover in PAL+.
MEWPS for Managers
1-Day
MEWPs for Managers is the essential, 1-day course for those who plan, supervise and manage the use of mobile elevating work platforms in the workplace. Theory only, this course does not include the training on the machines, but focusses on planning work using MEWPs.
Harness Use and Inspection
1/2 Day
This 1/2 day course provides delegates with the vital knowledge and understanding to select, inspect and use a harness and associated equipment safely – such as lanyards – when using a MEWP.
PAV
1/2 Day
This 1/2 day course instructs users how to safely operate, select and carry out pre-use inspection of small Push Around Vertical Personnel Lifts (PAV).
Loading / Unloading
1-Day
This 1-day course instructs an operator in the correct safety procedures for the loading, unloading and securing of machinery prior to or following transportation by road.
